Girl with Baguette

Paris, 2001.

This is a photograph I took with a point and shoot Pentax camera on film and scanned at 2400 res. In Photoshop I stripped out the color and added in a little warming filter.

The kid is mine, btw, and the baguette long gone.

  1. Baguettes are better eaten. Children…photographed and saved to embarrass later when boyfriends are invited over. Only kidding of course. Your daughter is just too, too cute (and holding on to that bread a bit tightly.) Is that the look of “It’s mine?” There must be siblings.

  2. That’s funny, sensualist. She does have siblings, but the look on her face is, oh, no, not another photo…
