It seemed so strange to me that a store would be selling both Christmas trees and Pineapple trees.

  1. Beautiful shot. I love the bokeh!

  2. Glad you noticed the bokeh, LOL.
    Thanks, Michele.

  3. Cool shot Kitty, nice focal point with the lights in the background dotting. And yes I find it weird also. And it is summer here right now so really if anyone was to find it less weird it would be me.

  4. You know what’s even stranger? I have never seen a pineapple tree in my life. I was surprised at how small it was. I always imagined pineapples growing off a tree like coconuts do.
But this thing, it was a shrub. It might have been an ornamental one. I thought about buying it just to eat the pineapple. My luck, it’d be poisonous.

  5. Just catching up all the way back to scary masks…. And found myself back at this shot just sort of inwardly humming happily at the composition and colours…. Very successful and evocative.

    I’ve never seen a pineapple tree/shrub either…

    Really lovely.

  6. Well hello and thank you for stopping by, Mizz Sulya.

    Were you humming Jingle Bells?
